What is the Tax Liabilities report?
The Tax Liabilities report shows lists tax liabilities (both state and federal) for each payroll within the selected date range. The total amount for each tax is shown at the bottom.
How to access the Tax Liabilities report
The Tax Liabilities report can be accessed from the Reports page.
Reports
The Tax Liabilities report can be run directly from the Reports screen, for a desired date range.
Navigate to Reports from the main menu.
Click Run besides the Tax Liabilities report
Set the Start Date and End Date
Click Download CSV. The selected report will download as a CSV file.
What’s included in the Tax Liabilities report
One row is displayed for each payroll within the selected date range. Each row will show:
Payroll ID
Payroll start and end date
Payroll payday
State / federal taxes paid
