SocialSchedules timecards allow you to process payroll using Salaris Payroll

Salaris Payroll and SocialSchedules

Salaris Payroll is the only payroll that has a one click integration with SocialSchedules. This article has links to what you will need to do to use SocialSchedules with Salaris.

  • Configure pay rates, compliance rules and attendance settings (one time)

  • Review, edit and approve timecards (each period)

  • Notify employees where to Clock in/out and of any attendance policy updates

SocialSchedules settings for Salaris Payroll

    1. Set rates for both workers and positions

  1. Compliance Rule Settings

    1. Confirm compliance rules are set at the company level, including:

      1. Break allocation

      2. Overtime rules

      3. Holiday pay

      4. Public holidays

  2. Configure Timeclock Kiosk (if using)

  3. Editing Timecards

    1. Review and approve timecards before payroll processing

  4. Notify employees of:

    1. Clock In & Out policies that you’ve configured in attendance settings such as breaks and early clock in

    2. Clock in/out using a kiosk (if applicable)
