How to access Salaris

Learn how to log in to Salaris, who has access, and how login credentials work.

You can log in to Salaris Payroll using the same credentials you use for SocialSchedules. Access depends on your role and whether your company has Salaris enabled.

Login credentials

Log in with either your email address or phone number.

Your credentials are the same as SocialSchedules.

If you reset your password, it also resets your SocialSchedules password.


Administrator access

Only users set as Administrator in SocialSchedules can access Salaris.

A company must have Salaris enabled in order for administrators to log in. For example, if you are an administrator in SocialSchedules but your company does not have Salaris, you will not be able to log in to Salaris.


Employee access

Employees and other non-admin users cannot log in to the desktop version of Salaris.

Employees can log in to the SocialSchedules mobile app, where they will see Salaris Payroll items such as paystubs and tax documents.
