How to access payroll information in the SocialSchedules mobile app

View your latest paystub, past paystubs, tax documents, and update certain payroll details straight from the mobile app.

Who can access Payroll on the mobile app?

Payroll will be available to all employees with a SocialSchedules account who:

  • Currently work for a company using Salaris Payroll.

  • Previously worked for a company using Salaris Payroll.

  • Are connected to a company that used Salaris payroll in the past.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you have worked for more than one company using Salaris, you will see a Company selector when opening Payroll. Select the company whose payroll information you want to view.


How to access Payroll information

  1. Open the SocialSchedules mobile app.

  2. Make sure you are logged into your worker account. If you are logged into your manager or administrator account, tap More>Switch Account and switch to your worker account.

  3. Tap More from the main menu.

  4. Select Payroll.
    ​

  5. Choose the company whose payroll information you want to view.
    ​

  6. The Payroll screen will display your latest paystub, links to all paystubs, and links to all tax documents. For any companies you are currently connected to, you will have the ability to update your personal details.
