How can admins view employee paystubs?

Learn the different ways payroll admins can access and download employee paystubs in Salaris.

Payroll admins can view paystubs from an employee profile, from a payroll run, or from payroll history.

View paystubs from an employee profile

Go to Employees and select the employee’s name.

Click Paystubs. A list of all paystubs appears.

Click Download next to any paystub to save a copy.


Download paystubs from a payroll run

Go to the Payroll tab.

Locate a payroll with the status Paid or Partially Paid.

Click the ⋮ menu (ellipsis) beside the payroll.

Select Download paystubs. This downloads a PDF containing all paystubs for that payrun.

Download paystubs from payroll history

Go to the Payroll history tab and locate the payroll you want.

Click the ⋮ menu (ellipsis) on the far right.

Select Download paystubs. This works the same as downloading from a payroll run—all paystubs from that run are included in one PDF.


Why download paystubs?

Paystub delivery requirements differ by state. Some states allow electronic delivery with employee consent, while others require paper copies. The Download paystubs option makes it simple to provide hard copies when required.
