View transactions

View payments initiated by Salaris on behalf of your company.

The Transactions screen provides a complete view of all payments initiated by Salaris on behalf of a company. This includes employer and employee-related payments across all payroll runs.

Note: Other money movement — such as deposits of tax funds to state agencies and post-tax deduction payments (e.g. child support garnishments) — are not shown here.


What you'll see

Each transaction shows the following:

Column

Description

Status

The current state of the payment e.g. Paid, Processing, Failed, Refunded, Canceled

Type

The type of payment e.g. Employee payment, Company cash requirement, Net pay refund, Refund, Tax collection

Amount

The value of the payment

Counterparty

The recipient of the payment, where available

Method

The payment method used, e.g. ACH

Processed at

The date and time the payment was processed

Payroll

A link to the associated payroll run, where applicable


Filtering transactions

You can filter the transactions list by:

  • Status — filter by a specific payment status

  • Type — filter by payment type

  • Direction — filter by the direction of the payment (either Credit or Debit)

  • Min amount — show only payments above a minimum value

  • Processed after / Processed before — filter by date range

Click Clear filters to reset all filters.
