You can access all tax documents for your selected company directly from the Workforce Management mobile app. This article explains how to open, review, and download your tax forms, and how to update your payroll profile and withholding forms as changes occur.
View tax documents
Open the Workforce Management mobile app.
Make sure you are logged into your worker account. If you are logged into your manager or administrator account, tap More>Switch Account and switch to your worker account.
Tap More from the main menu.
Select Payroll.
Choose the company whose payroll information you want to view.
Tap Tax forms.
Select the tax document (e.g., W-2) you want to open.
Review the document details.
How to update or submit a withholding form
State and federal withholding forms, such as W-4s, should be updated when there is a change in personal circumstance. These forms can be updated via the Workforce Management mobile app.
Go back to the Payroll screen.
Tap Update my payroll profile.
Tap Tax withholding.
Select the required form, such as:
Federal W-4
State form (e.g., California DE-4)
Review the instructions and complete the required fields.
Indicate if you wish to claim exemption from withholding.
Tap Continue.
Review your completed form and tap Sign and Submit.
Once all forms are completed, a green checkmark icon will appear next to each form name in the Withholding forms list.
Repeat the process for any other required forms until all show a green checkmark.
