You can update certain personal details in the Payroll section of the SocialSchedules mobile app. This article explains which fields you can change and how to save your updates.
How to update your payroll personal information
Open the SocialSchedules mobile app.
Make sure you are logged into your worker account. If you are logged into your manager or administrator account, tap More>Switch Account and switch to your worker account.
Tap More from the main menu.
Select Payroll.
Choose the company whose payroll information you want to view.
Tap Update my payroll profile.
Note this is only available for companies you are currently connected to. You can update your personal details for a company you are no longer connected to.
Go to Personal info.
Update the necessary fields.
Review the W-2 statements section.
Check the box to receive paperless W-2 statements, or leave it unchecked to receive them by mail.
Review the consent terms provided.
Tap Continue to save your information.
📌 Note: Some fields, such as your Name and Address, cannot be updated in the app. Contact your employer if you need to make changes to restricted fields.
